Refund Policy

At Elyza, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under the conditions below.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the item is returned in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@elyza-fashion.com with your order number.
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and address.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent with Track & Trace. Returns without tracking cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
We offer a one-time free exchange.
If you receive a replacement item, no further return or refund claims can be made (unless the product is damaged or defective, which requires approval).

Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at info@elyza-fashion.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We cannot process refunds for damages or defects reported outside this timeframe.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to the return address provided after your email request.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
