Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Monday to Saturday are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During campaigns or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Method

We offer standard tracked delivery so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped free of charge to New Zealand – no additional fees apply.

Delivery Time

For orders to New Zealand, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Please note that unforeseen events such as weather conditions, customs handling, or carrier issues may affect the delivery time.

Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service at info@elyza-fashion.com and provide your order number – we will take care of the rest.
