Return Policy
We apply a 14-day withdrawal period, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, with original tags and labels still attached, and returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item or incorrect product (e.g., wrong color or size).
Please note that customs delays are beyond our control and are not considered a valid reason for a return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., wrong color or size), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report this.
Note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Do not return a product without first contacting our team. All returns must be sent with a trackable shipment. We cannot process a refund without a tracking number.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or color? Please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will then provide you with return instructions and offer a replacement product or a refund.
